Who are they?

Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency’s mission is to drive regional cooperation to create and enable the maximum long term social and economic benefit from the sustainable use of shared offshore fishery resources.

What we did

Red k played a key role in the development of the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency’s (FFA) secure members-only portal, designed to enhance access and collaboration for its 17 member countries across the Pacific. This project focused on creating a closed, user-specific site to facilitate seamless meeting registrations, access to meeting documents, and communication. Red k worked closely with FFA to design a secure platform with multiple user access levels and privileges, ensuring document security and privacy for sensitive materials. The portal’s intuitive interface ensures members can quickly access meeting agendas, documents, and other critical resources, enhancing the overall efficiency of meetings and communication. Red k’s expertise in system design and security was crucial in delivering a platform that meets the needs of both high-level policymakers and operational stakeholders across the region. The build also included comprehensive team training on how to effectively use the system in-house, along with a detailed manual to support ongoing use and ensure smooth adoption. The portal serves as an essential tool for fostering collaboration, improving transparency, and streamlining administrative processes within the Pacific fisheries community.
